Baked Spinach & Artichoke Dip
⏱️ Prep Time: 10 minutes • 🍳 Cook Time: 25 minutes
This hot & bubbly spinach artichoke dip is the kind of recipe that magically disappears the moment it hits the table. It’s creamy, extra cheesy, and full of cozy, savory flavors that make everyone hover a little too close to the appetizer spread. It’s the dip I pull out whenever I want something easy, warm, and guaranteed to make people happy.
Hot, melty spinach artichoke dip bubbling in a small white baking dish with a golden, cheesy crust on top.
I can’t even tell you how many times this dip has saved me when I needed a last-minute appetizer. It’s one of those recipes that feels restaurant-level but secretly comes together with almost zero effort. The combo of cream cheese, garlic, and Parmesan always makes the kitchen smell incredible, and I swear there’s something comforting about hearing it sizzle when you scoop in for the first bite.
The texture is perfect every time. Using frozen spinach keeps things easy, and the artichokes add that soft, briny bite that makes the whole dip taste brighter and more complex. I’ve played with so many versions over the years, but this classic base is the one I come back to again and again.
Plus, it’s such a vibe for gatherings, game day, holidays, girls’ night, or just a random Tuesday when I’m craving something cozy. Serve it with crunchy veggies if you’re keeping things light, or go all in with toasted baguette slices or pita chips. I’ve absolutely eaten this straight with a spoon before.
