A fillet of baked flounder topped with lemon slices and fresh herbs
I grew up believing that seafood always tastes better near the ocean, and honestly? It does. This baked flounder is one of those super easy, barely-any-effort meals that somehow tastes like it came from a restaurant. With just a squeeze of lemon, a sprinkle of herbs, and a little butter magic, you’ll have dinner ready before you’ve even finished your glass of wine.
The key to baked flounder is keeping it simple. The fillets are thin and delicate, so they don't need a lot of seasoning or long cooking time. Just enough to enhance the natural sweetness of the fish. Plus, baking it keeps everything light and healthy — perfect when you’re balancing out all those boardwalk fries and funnel cakes!
