Overnight Chia Seed Pudding

โฑ๏ธ Prep Time: 5 minutes โ€ข ๐Ÿณ Cook Time: 0 minutes (overnight chill)

If youโ€™ve never tried chia seed pudding before, let me introduce you to your new favorite make-ahead breakfast. Itโ€™s creamy, nourishing, and endlessly customizable. Just stir it together at night and wake up to a ready-to-go breakfast that feels like a treat but fuels you like a champ.

Creamy, lightly sweet chia pudding made overnight with almond milk and honeyโ€”just top with your favorite fruits or nuts and youโ€™re good to go.

I started making chia pudding during a hectic work week and it instantly became a habit. Itโ€™s the kind of breakfast that makes you feel like youโ€™ve got your life togetherโ€”even if you just threw it in the fridge five minutes before bed. The chia seeds soak up the almond milk and create a pudding-like texture thatโ€™s slightly sweet, subtly vanilla-y, and totally satisfying.

What I love most is how flexible it is. Add fresh berries in the summer, pomegranate seeds in the winter, or keep it simple with a drizzle of nut butter. You can prep several jars at once for easy grab-and-go mornings, or dress it up in a cute glass for a healthy dessert. Either way, itโ€™s proof that eating well doesnโ€™t have to be complicated.
