Trader Joe’s Squiggly Noodle Miso Crunch Salad

⏱️ Prep Time: 10 minutes • 🍳 Cook Time: 5 minutes

I kept seeing people combine these two Trader Joe’s staples and it felt almost too easy to count as a recipe. But it works. You end up with a cold noodle salad that has texture, crunch, and a dressing that actually coats everything.

Wavy noodles tossed with shredded cabbage, carrots, crispy toppings, and a miso sesame dressing.

What makes this work is the noodle texture and the sauce packet. The squiggly noodles have ridges that hold onto the sauce, and the seasoning packet adds a deeper soy and sesame flavor that rounds out the salad kit dressing.

The salad kit pulls the rest of the weight. You get cabbage, carrots, and crunchy toppings, plus a miso dressing that already has balance built in. Together, it turns into something that feels more like a full meal than a side.

I like this best slightly chilled. The noodles soften just enough and everything settles into each other without losing the crunch.
