I originally got this backpack because Olive has pretty intense separation anxiety and I can’t leave her alone in my apartment for long. It’s mostly for those quick situations where I need to run out to grab something and bring her with me.
She actually loves it. She sits in it really comfortably and sometimes will even paw at it in the closet because she wants to climb in. Once she’s inside she usually just settles in and relaxes.
The back expands so she can stretch out and lay down if needed. If I put the bag in a grocery cart she has plenty of room to get comfortable. It also looks really cute and people stop me fairly often to ask about it when we’re out.
