I picked one of these up after visiting my parents and trying the one my dad had. The first time I used it I immediately understood why he liked it so much. When you place it on your head and gently move it around, it creates a really calming sensation.
I deal with chronic migraines, and when I’m not feeling great I sometimes use this to gently massage my scalp. It doesn’t solve the migraine, of course, but it can help me relax a little and take the edge off while I’m resting.
