Zesty Lemon-Lime Frozen Pops

⏱️ Prep Time: 10 minutes • 🍳 Cook Time: 0 minutes (plus 4–6 hours freeze time)

If you’re looking for something ultra-refreshing, these Lemon-Lime Frozen Pops are the ticket. They’re cool, citrusy, and made with real fruit juice and a touch of honey—no weird syrups or neon food coloring here. Just fresh, tangy goodness frozen into a sunny-day treat.

Bright lemon-lime frozen pops with flecks of citrus zest, stacked on a plate with slices of fresh lemon and lime for garnish.

These pops are the homemade version of those old-school freezer treats we all used to chase after on summer afternoons—but way better for you. The combo of tart lemon and lime with a bit of zest gives these pops that bold citrus kick, and the honey rounds it all out without making them too sweet. They’re light, hydrating, and so fun to keep on hand in the freezer.

I like making a big batch in silicone or reusable plastic molds, but you could even use paper cups and popsicle sticks if you’re doing this on the fly. The best part is how clean and simple the ingredient list is. It’s just fresh citrus juice, water, and honey, with the option to mix in mint or even cucumber for an extra cooling twist.

Pro tip: These are also incredible blended with a splash of coconut water or frozen into mini molds for a more poppable version. They’re the perfect afternoon pick-me-up on hot days, or a fun dessert to serve after backyard tacos. And yes—your friends will ask for the recipe.
