Hot Honey Deviled Eggs with Chili-Honey Bacon Crumble
⏱️ Prep Time: 20 minutes • 🍳 Cook Time: 10 minutes
These aren’t your grandma’s deviled eggs. These are creamy, spicy-sweet, smoky, and just the right kind of fancy. A swirl of hot honey in the yolk mix adds an unexpected twist, and the chili-honey bacon crumble on top? Total flavor bomb.
A platter of deviled eggs topped with golden yolk filling and crispy chili-honey bacon crumble
I started making these for brunches and holiday parties when I wanted something a little retro—but with a twist. Deviled eggs are always a hit, but once I added hot honey to the filling and tossed crispy bacon in chili flakes and a little honey glaze? Game. Over. People eat these like candy.
You can prep the eggs and bacon in advance, then just assemble right before serving. I love how the hot honey gives the creamy yolk mixture a subtle warmth that plays so well with the rich egg base. And that salty, crunchy, sticky-sweet bacon on top makes these feel fancy with very little extra work. They’re perfect for Easter, Thanksgiving apps, brunch spreads, or even a casual happy hour snack board.
