Berry Cool Frozen Yogurt Bites

⏱️ Prep Time: 10 minutes • 🍳 Cook Time: 0 minutes (plus 2 hours freeze time)

These Frozen Yogurt Fruit Bites are one of my go-to snacks when I want something healthy but still feel like I’m treating myself. They’re perfect for warm weather, road trips with a cooler, or even as a sweet after-school snack. The best part? You can make a whole tray in minutes and stash them in the freezer for whenever a craving hits!

Mini frozen yogurt fruit bites with fruit, set in silicone molds and frozen into perfect snack-sized gems.

Whether you’re prepping for a picnic or just need a quick mid-afternoon refresher, these frozen yogurt bites totally deliver. I like using silicone candy or mini muffin molds for this—it makes them super easy to pop out. You can customize the yogurt flavor or fruit mix-ins based on what you have on hand (or what your kids will actually eat!). They're naturally sweet, no oven needed, and loaded with good-for-you ingredients.

I first made these for a poolside snack tray and they were gone in a flash. They’re cold enough to be refreshing but soft enough to bite into without waiting forever. Plus, if you have a toddler in your life—these are gold. Zero mess, and they think it’s ice cream. Win-win. Honestly, I’ll even sneak a few post-workout as a cooling treat with a little protein to boot.

Not only do they feel fancy, but they’re also one of those things that looks way more impressive than the effort it takes. And if you're into meal prep? Just batch these on Sunday night and you'll thank yourself all week long.
